Got Milk?
Even though Blake has not been introduced to store-bought milk yet, that didn’t stop him from enjoying the event known by the Dairy Farmers of Washington as the Milk Carton Derby that takes place annually here in Seattle.
For the uninitiated, this is a fun part of Sea Fair that takes place at Green Lake. Participants build and race flotilla of all sorts with the primary requisite being that they use milk cartons and jugs for buoyancy.
There is also a pirate theme to some of the Sea Fair events, so we made sure that Blake picked up an eye-patch and foam sword along the way.
